Abstract The values of the fatigue limit substance represent how resistant it is to worst all that this material was Ferrous and non-ferrous. limitation can be inferred by creating a Wohler curve (S-N curve) called requires testing many samples require long time great effort reach final result. This research has created two athletic models for steel aluminum alloys, without need create these alloys. proposed are (Fatigue = 1.30 x Steel Hardness (BH) alloys) 1.85 Aluminum Al-alloys). results obtained from were compared with Heller alloy (HRB400) (AA2017) following method rotational bending loading comparison showed very reasonable also extracted previous models, found gave less accurate curve.
